Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
- Rub the fillets with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes with a fork.
- While the salmon bakes, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve the baked Cajun salmon topped with the avocado lime sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
Notes
Pat the salmon dry before seasoning for better adherence. Serve hot with lime wedges and sides like steamed vegetables or a green salad.
