Description

A creamy and tangy casserole mixing BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, chicken, and pasta, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cooked chicken, cooked pasta, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and chopped green onions on top.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Cook pasta al dente so it won’t get mushy when baked. You can add corn or black beans for extra texture.
