Description
Festive blue truffles made with white chocolate and Blue Curacao perfect for holiday celebrations.
Ingredients
- 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Blue Curacao
- 1/2 cup Sanding Sugar
Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream.
- Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in blue curacao until evenly mixed.
- Refrigerate the mixture until firm, about 1-2 hours.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll the truffles in sanding sugar to coat.
- Store in an airtight container and refrigerate until serving.
Notes
Make sure to melt the white chocolate slowly to avoid burning. Use a cookie scoop for even-sized truffles. If the mixture is too soft, chill longer before rolling. Customize the sanding sugar by using different colors for other occasions.
