Description

Festive blue truffles made with white chocolate and Blue Curacao perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 cup Sanding Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream.
  2. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in blue curacao until evenly mixed.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture until firm, about 1-2 hours.
  5. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in sanding sugar to coat.
  7. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate until serving.

Notes

Make sure to melt the white chocolate slowly to avoid burning. Use a cookie scoop for even-sized truffles. If the mixture is too soft, chill longer before rolling. Customize the sanding sugar by using different colors for other occasions.
