Description
A creamy, rich dessert that blends cheesecake with the classic flavors of Boston cream pie, smooth and chocolatey.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then blend in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Melt chocolate chips and mix into the cream cheese mixture.
- Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold gently into the cream cheese mix.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly set with a jiggle.
- Cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled, drizzled with melted chocolate if desired.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for better mixing. Chill fully before slicing for clean cuts.
