Description

A creamy, rich dessert that blends cheesecake with the classic flavors of Boston cream pie, smooth and chocolatey.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then blend in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and mix into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold gently into the cream cheese mix.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly set with a jiggle.
  8. Cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  9. Serve chilled, drizzled with melted chocolate if desired.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for better mixing. Chill fully before slicing for clean cuts.
