  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Toss in the shredded chicken and cauliflower florets, ensuring they are coated with the sauce.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
