Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Toss in the shredded chicken and cauliflower florets, ensuring they are coated with the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving warm.
Notes
