Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese if using.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
For an extra kick, adjust the buffalo wing sauce to taste. Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
