Description
Warm wraps filled with chicken, spinach, garlic, and three kinds of cheese, grilled to golden perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large low-carb tortillas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix together cooked chicken, baby spinach, parsley, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture among them.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
- Grill the wraps in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy (optional).
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
For best melting and flavor, use warm chicken. Pat spinach dry to avoid a watery filling. Try adding hot sauce for some heat.
