Ingredients
- 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cherry puree
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it’s on the verge of bubbling.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chocolate until melted and smooth.
- Add cherry puree and mix until well blended.
- Cool the mixture briefly, then refrigerate for about an hour to firm up.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into truffle balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chopped nuts for coating.
- Store truffles in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. Chill the mixture well for easy rolling.
