Description

Small, sweet truffles combining rich chocolate and bright cherry flavors, perfect for sharing or gifting.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cherry puree

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it’s on the verge of bubbling.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chocolate until melted and smooth.
  3. Add cherry puree and mix until well blended.
  4. Cool the mixture briefly, then refrigerate for about an hour to firm up.
  5. Scoop out small portions and roll them into truffle balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chopped nuts for coating.
  7. Store truffles in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. Chill the mixture well for easy rolling.
