A fun twist on traditional monkey bread, this recipe features creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and fluffy biscuit dough for delicious pull-apart bites.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken, cooked
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce, store-bought or homemade
- 3 cups Biscuit dough, refrigerated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, garlic powder, parsley, Alfredo sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Cut the biscuit dough into pieces and add them to the chicken mixture. Stir until the biscuit pieces are coated.
- Grease a bundt pan and layer half of the biscuit mixture into the pan, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it.
- Add the remaining biscuit mixture on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.
- Pull apart and enjoy!
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quicker option and feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
