A delightful no-bake dessert that layers creamy, chocolatey goodness with a crunchy Oreo crust.
Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- Mini chocolate chips or crushed Oreos (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo crust by crushing the Oreos and mixing with melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Make the cream cheese layer by beating the cream cheese, sugar, and milk until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over the crust. Refrigerate.
- Prepare the chocolate pudding layer by whisking the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Add the final Cool Whip layer on top of the pudding layer and garnish with mini chocolate chips or crushed Oreos.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
Notes
Chill between layers for best results and customize toppings as desired.
