  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season them with salt and black pepper.
  4. Pour the honey butter mixture over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Optional: Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for a crispy top.
