Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season them with salt and black pepper.
- Pour the honey butter mixture over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for a crispy top.
