Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 Powdered sugar
- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 1/2 cup Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the puff pastry package instructions.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Whisk the egg in a bowl and mix it with ground cinnamon and granulated sugar.
- Brush the mixture over the puff pastry.
- Cut the pastry into strips and twist them into spirals.
- Melt the butter and brush over the twisted pastry.
- Bake in the oven until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
