A creamy and savory Crab Rangoon Dip that transforms the beloved appetizer into a shareable delight, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 cup lump crab meat or imitation crab
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sriracha or sweet chili sauce (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and half of the shredded cheese, then fold in crab meat and Sriracha or sweet chili sauce if using.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot with wonton chips, veggies, or crackers.
Notes
For healthier options, use low-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt. This dip can be made ahead and baked when ready to serve.
