Description

A creamy and savory Crab Rangoon Dip that transforms the beloved appetizer into a shareable delight, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup lump crab meat or imitation crab
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sriracha or sweet chili sauce (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and half of the shredded cheese, then fold in crab meat and Sriracha or sweet chili sauce if using.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot with wonton chips, veggies, or crackers.

Notes

For healthier options, use low-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt. This dip can be made ahead and baked when ready to serve.
