Description

Juicy and flavorful burgers packed with bacon and cheese, perfect for a quick dinner or weekend cookout.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 lb Ground chuck
  • 1 Lettuce leaf
  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 Hamburger buns
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 3 tbsp Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground chuck, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing mix. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns until golden.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the patty with melted cheese, and a dollop of sour cream on top.
  7. Add the top bun and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overwork the meat when forming patties to keep them tender. Chill patties for 15 minutes before cooking if they feel soft.
