Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or elbows)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a big pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil and cook your pasta until it’s al dente according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, chicken broth, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
- Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture, ensuring everything is coated.
- Lightly grease a baking dish, then pour the mixture in, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a crunchier texture, add cooked bacon bits. You can also stir in frozen peas or broccoli for extra color and veggies.
