Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup everything seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Oil for frying
- Sliced green onions (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and shredded cheese until well combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle everything seasoning over the top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the bites until golden brown on each side.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Garnish with sliced green onions if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with a side of salsa or sour cream for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
