Description
A warm and comforting pasta bake with chicken, garlic, and lots of cheese, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to a cozy 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, drizzle in the olive oil and cook the diced chicken over medium heat until it’s no longer pink and nicely browned.
- Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- In a large bowl, mix together your cooked pasta, chicken, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the creamy pasta mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.

Add a green salad or steamed vegetables on the side for a complete meal.
