Description

A warm and comforting pasta bake with chicken, garlic, and lots of cheese, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to a cozy 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, drizzle in the olive oil and cook the diced chicken over medium heat until it’s no longer pink and nicely browned.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together your cooked pasta, chicken, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the creamy pasta mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool before serving.

Notes

Add a green salad or steamed vegetables on the side for a complete meal.
