Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  7. Return chicken to the skillet, coat with the sauce, and heat through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
