Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice and capers, stirring to combine.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use fresh salmon for better flavor. Adjust lemon juice to taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
