Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add lemon juice and capers, stirring to combine.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  8. Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
