Delicious and rich seafood stuffed pasta shells, perfect for special occasions or cozy family dinners.
Ingredients
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine lobster, crab, shrimp, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
Notes
Use fresh seafood for the best flavor. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil during the first part of baking to prevent the cheese from browning too quickly.
