Description

Crispy Baked Cauliflower Steaks transform simple cauliflower into a hearty, meat-like dish with a delicious, savory flavor profile.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the cauliflower into thick steaks.
  3. Mix the spices and olive oil in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
  5. Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy version, add cayenne or chili flakes to the spice mix. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
