Description
A light, crunchy snack made from cottage cheese and Parmesan that cooks quickly with few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dried herbs
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray or brush it with olive oil.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out into thin circles.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use low-moisture cottage cheese for better crisping. Chill the spooned circles in the fridge for 10 minutes before baking for extra crisp.
