Description

A light, crunchy snack made from cottage cheese and Parmesan that cooks quickly with few ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried herbs
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray or brush it with olive oil.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out into thin circles.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use low-moisture cottage cheese for better crisping. Chill the spooned circles in the fridge for 10 minutes before baking for extra crisp.
