Delicious little pockets of creamy crab and cheese wrapped in golden dough, perfect for a quick snack or party treat.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Imitation crab meat
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 3 stalks Green onions, chopped
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 Pepper, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Cooking spray or oil
- 8 oz Cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the imitation crab meat, garlic powder, chopped green onions, egg, Worcestershire sauce, chopped pepper, and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the dough over the mixture and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray or brushed with oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Drain any extra liquid from the crab to prevent runny filling. Use a teaspoon of filling to avoid overfilling. Brush with oil for an even golden color.
