Description

Crispy, golden chicken cutlets with garlic and Parmesan flavor, perfect for weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up your breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into the eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry each cutlet until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the cutlets to a baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Pound the chicken to an even thickness for even cooking. Use fresh grated Parmesan for best flavor.
