A rich and creamy mousse infused with the warm flavors of Biscoff spread and cookies, perfect for an easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture.
- Add the whole milk and mix until smooth.
- Crush the Biscoff cookies and fold them into the mousse.
- Pour the mousse into serving dishes and chill for at least 120 minutes.
- Before serving, top with extra whipped cream and crushed Biscoff cookies if desired.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth mixing, and make sure to whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks for best results.
