Description
A quick and simple recipe for creamy white chocolate fudge mixed with tart cranberries, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- Optional add-ins: orange zest, chopped pistachios, flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment, letting the sides hang over for easy lifting. Lightly butter the parchment.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 20-30 second bursts, stirring well after each, until almost melted.
- Stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt. Let the mixture cool for 1 to 2 minutes, then fold in the dried cranberries and optional add-ins.
- Smooth the fudge into the prepared pan and tap to settle air bubbles.
- Chill for about 2 to 3 hours, or until firm. Lift the fudge out using the parchment and cut into small squares.
Notes
Use quality white chocolate for the best flavor. This fudge can also be made on the stovetop using low heat.
