Description

A nostalgic dessert combining a buttery graham cracker crust with chocolate, coconut, and nuts for a chewy, crunchy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, mix until moistened, then press firmly into the pan.
  3. Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut, and chopped nuts over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers.
  5. Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top if using.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden brown and edges bubble.
  7. Cool completely on a rack before cutting into bars.

Notes

Cool fully for neat slices; optional chilling in the fridge can provide cleaner edges.
