Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, mix until moistened, then press firmly into the pan.
- Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut, and chopped nuts over the crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers.
- Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top if using.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden brown and edges bubble.
- Cool completely on a rack before cutting into bars.
Notes
Cool fully for neat slices; optional chilling in the fridge can provide cleaner edges.
