Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water

Instructions
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast: Pour warm water into a large bowl, add sugar and sprinkle yeast on top. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Stir in flour and salt: Add flour and salt to the yeast mix, combine until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead in olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 6–8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.
