Description

A quick and tasty weeknight meal featuring buttery garlic chicken and linguine pasta.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant; do not burn.
  4. Season chicken breasts with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Add cooked linguine back into the skillet and toss in the garlic butter until well coated.
  8. Serve linguine topped with sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon or grilled vegetables as a side.
