Description
A hearty casserole combining beef, corn, and cheesy tater tots, perfect for busy weeknights and family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 can Corn
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 bag Tater tots, frozen
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups Cheese
- 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add the corn, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, and stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
- Layer half of the tater tots in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Spread the meat mixture over the tater tots, then pour the soup mixture on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining tater tots over the soup mixture, followed by the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding diced bell peppers or cooked onions. You can also make it healthier by substituting ground turkey or cauliflower tots.
