Quick and delicious cheesy pepperoni-filled snacks perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the mini pepperoni slices, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and mozzarella cheese.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the dough into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the pepperoni mixture in the center.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to create a ball shape.
- Place the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and brush it over the tops of the pizza bombs for a nice golden color.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
