Easy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

Description

Quick and delicious cheesy pepperoni-filled snacks perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mini pepperoni slices, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the dough into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the pepperoni mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to create a ball shape.
  6. Place the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Melt the butter and brush it over the tops of the pizza bombs for a nice golden color.
  8. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
