Ingredients

  • Sturdy tortilla chips
  • Medium or large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Chili powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Lime juice
  • Diced avocado
  • Sour cream
  • Chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Top chips with seasoned shrimp and shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and shrimp is cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and squeeze lime juice over the top.
  7. Garnish with diced avocado, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
