Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef.
- Add the beans, corn, and tomatoes.
- Stir in taco seasoning and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Season and serve.
Notes
For best results, brown the beef well and use low-sodium broth for better control over salt.
