Ingredients
- 1 small head Cauliflower
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 8 oz Mushrooms
- 1 Fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and slice the mushrooms.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cauliflower and mushrooms, cooking for about 10-12 minutes until tender.
- Season with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the seasoning based on your taste, and consider adding a splash of heavy cream for a creamier texture.
