Ingredients

  • 1 small head Cauliflower
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 8 oz Mushrooms
  • 1 Fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add cauliflower and mushrooms, cooking for about 10-12 minutes until tender.
  5. Season with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
