Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 20-40 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, then slowly add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve over pasta, rice, or vegetables.
Notes
Pound chicken to even thickness for even cooking. Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
