Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 8 ounces dark chocolate (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoothing chocolate)
Instructions
- Make the mint filling by sifting powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Add milk and peppermint extract, then mix until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small discs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave, stirring until smooth and adding coconut oil for shine.
- Dip each frozen patty in melted chocolate and return to parchment.
- Set the chocolate at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker setting.
