Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or any pasta shape
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, sour cream, vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
