Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti or any pasta shape
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, sour cream, vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
