Ingredients
- 2 Ribeye steaks
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs fresh Rosemary or thyme
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp smoked Paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside to rest.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce is thick and creamy.
- Add fresh herbs and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Slice the steaks and serve topped with the creamy garlic sauce.
