Ingredients

  • 2 Ribeye steaks
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 2 sprigs fresh Rosemary or thyme
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp smoked Paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside to rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  6. Stir in the Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce is thick and creamy.
  7. Add fresh herbs and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  8. Slice the steaks and serve topped with the creamy garlic sauce.
