Description

A quick and tasty bowl featuring grilled beef, rice, and a spicy cream sauce with bold flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 cup Rice, cooked white
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Marinate the beef in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Grill or pan-sear the beef to your liking, then let it rest before slicing.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, and sour cream to create the spicy cream sauce.
  5. Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with sliced beef, and drizzle with the spicy cream sauce. Enjoy!

Notes

Serve with sliced green onions or sesame seeds. Cool leftovers before storing in separate airtight containers.
