Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted cheese mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a flatbread, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before using it for wraps, pizzas, or dipping.
Notes
For a cheesy flavor, add extra shredded cheese to the dough. Experiment with different seasonings, like dried herbs, to customize the flavor.
