Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a flatbread, about 1/4 inch thick.
