Ingredients
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger, ground
- 3 cups Green cabbage, chopped
- 2 Green onions, sliced
- 1/2 Onion, small, chopped
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped onions and green cabbage; cook until cabbage is wilted.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve hot, garnished with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Notes
Feel free to add more veggies such as bell peppers or carrots for extra flavor and nutrition.
