Description

A delicious low-carb dish featuring hearty ground beef and crunchy cabbage, perfect for quick weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger, ground
  • 3 cups Green cabbage, chopped
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 Onion, small, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chopped onions and green cabbage; cook until cabbage is wilted.
  5. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

Notes

Feel free to add more veggies such as bell peppers or carrots for extra flavor and nutrition.
