Description
A rich cream cheese cheesecake layered with sweet caramel, perfect for special occasions or a fancy dessert at home.
Ingredients
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Caramel sauce
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted Butter, melted
- 3 packages Cream cheese (8 oz each), softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth. Add in the sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top before serving.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps. Mix eggs gently to avoid adding too much air.
