A festive, colorful punch that combines blackberry, pomegranate, and lemon juices with sparkling soda for a refreshing holiday drink that’s perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 2 cups blackberry juice (chilled)
- 1 cup pomegranate juice (chilled)
- 1/2 cup grape juice (chilled)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
- 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda (chilled)
- Edible silver glitter (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Garnishes: fresh blackberries, mint leaves, glowing LED ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Chill all ingredients until cold.
- In a large pitcher, pour blackberry juice, pomegranate juice, and grape juice.
- Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and blue curaçao syrup. Stir gently until combined.
- Taste the mix and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
- Just before serving, add sparkling water or soda and stir gently to combine.
- Add ice cubes to keep the drink chilled.
- Serve immediately in glasses, garnished with fresh blackberries, mint leaves, and optional edible glitter.
Notes
For best results, serve immediately after adding soda to maintain the fizz. If making ahead, store the juice base in the fridge and add soda just before serving.
