Description

A creamy and savory chicken dish made with simple ingredients, perfect for weeknight dinners or small celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  8. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  9. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Pat chicken dry to ensure proper browning. Avoid crowding the pan; cook in batches if needed. Use real Parmesan for the best flavor.
