Instructions
- Crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully blended for a light and fluffy filling.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust in the springform pan.
- Top with cherry pie filling, spreading evenly.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours until set before serving.
