Ingredients

  • 9 graham cracker sheets, crushed
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully blended for a light and fluffy filling.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Top with cherry pie filling, spreading evenly.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours until set before serving.
