Ingredients
- 1 cup mini Pepperoni
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup unsalted Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cans (16 oz total) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, mix the biscuit dough quarters with the pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the garlic butter over the mixture and toss well to combine.
- Layer the biscuit pieces into a greased bundt pan, pressing down lightly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cooling slightly before inverting onto a serving platter.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
