Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through, draining any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly in a pie dish, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Pour the Bisquick mixture over the beef and cheese, then drizzle Worcestershire sauce on top.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and feels set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a variation, add chopped onions, bell peppers, or mushrooms when browning the beef. Use sharp cheddar for stronger flavor.
