Description
A quick and flavorful one-pan pasta dish combining sausage with a sticky honey garlic sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 12 oz Pasta
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 3-5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Stir in fresh parsley and top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Brown the sausage well for more flavor. Do not overcook the garlic. If the sauce gets too thick, add more chicken broth.
