Ingredients
- 12 oz Strawberries, fresh
- 1 Egg, large
- 2 3/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 27 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Butter, unsalted
- 6 oz Cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries and cream cheese.
