Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1 small Onion
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and mushrooms until softened.
- In a separate pan, grill the seasoned chicken breasts until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and top with the sautéed onion and mushroom mixture.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
